X-MEN ORIGINS : WOLVERINE

Starring : Hugh Jackman, Ryan Reynolds, Liev Schreiber

X-Men Origins : Wolverine, tells the story of Wolverine's epically violent and romantic past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed, and the omnious Weapon X program. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many Mutants, both familiar and new, including surprise appearances by several legends of the X-Men universe.

The Cast
Jackman is Wolverine. He knows this character now inside and out, and even though it's his fourth time as the lethal yet humane mutant, his performance doesn't feel any less fresh than it did in the original X-Men. Stepping back in time to fill in Wolverine's backstory, Jackman's called upon to perform even more aggressive, heart-pounding action scenes in Wolverine than in previous editions. And although it's been nearly a dozen years since the first X-Men, Jackman hasn't slowed down one bit. He looks like he's in better shape now than back in 2000, and he handles all the physical demands of the role perfectly.

Liev Schreiber isn't known for action films but he's terrific and terrifying as the vicious Sabretooth. Danny Huston is convincingly menacing as Stryker. Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson (the wise-cracking expert swordsman who enjoys his job as a mercenary), Taylor Kitsch as Gambit (a card playing mutant from New Orleans who can explode items), Kevin Durand as The Blob (a disgustingly obese indestructible mutant), Lynn Collins as Kayla (Wolverine's seemingly sweet and innocent love interest), and will.i.am as John Wraith (a mutant with the ability to teleport) all put in appearances - some far too briefly - and add a little flair to the film with their performances.

Downloading MP3, legal or illegal?

It's not a secret that today it may be quite simple to download mp3 songs. You can always obtain some new music due to internet. This is possible because nowadays there are so many sites provide mp3 music for download, for free!! Some believe that downloading music without paying is theft, and others think that downloading music on the Internet is no more illegal than trading homemade cassette tapes with friends. MP3 files, CD burners, and MP3 players (portable computer devices that play MP3 files) have changed the way that people listen to music and the way that music is distributed.

A lot of people think that if they can get their favorite CD's for free, why bother paying for them!! Remember 'Napster'? back in the 1990's a free computer program called Napster made it possible to download MP3 files without paying anything. Napster soon became really popular among the music fans. The program became the most downloaded software in the history of the Internet. Fearing for its profits, the music industry filed lawsuit after lawsuit against Napster and finally succeeded in shutting down the company. But, Napster is not the end, it's just the beggining. Kazza, Morpheus, Gnutella, and Grokster among others soon appeared to take the place of Napster. The era of blogging has made this 'downloading' stuff a lot easier. There are thousands of blog that share the links of many albums that you can find and download Mp3's for free.

The music industry has made an extra hard work to tell people not to download mp3 over the internet. There are many campaign by the media to stop piracy and to stop downloading mp3's. But, it seems that this 'downloading mania' is unstopable. So, know it's up to you. You can download mp3's you like and don't care about the artist or you can support them by buying their CD's. Legal or illegal? it's up to you..!!

10 Basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Techniques

There are 10 basic search engine optimization / SEO techniques you can use to improve your blog/site ranking.

1. Meta Tags.
Meta tags is always comes first. It's really important. Meta tags are simple lines of code at the top of your web page programming that tell search engines about your page. Include the title tag, keywords tag, description tag, and robots tag on each page.

2. Create and update your sitemap.
Developing a site map is a simple way of giving search engines the information they need to crawl your entire blog or website. There are plenty of free software packages on the web that can help you generate a sitemap. Once you create a sitemap, submit it to the big three : Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

3. Submit your blogs/website to search engine directories.
It's always a good idea to let large search engine directories know that you're out there. Submit your website URL to directories like Google, Yahoo, and DMOZ.

4. Place keywords in your page content.
Search engines scan your website and web pages for keywords. Shoot for a keyword density of between two and eight percent. Google likes your page to be at the lower end of this scale and Yahoo at the upper end.

5. Ensure that all navigation is in HTML.
All too often, navigational items are in the form of java script. Even though navigation technically still works in this format, it's not optimized. Create your navigation in HTML to enhance internal links throughout your website.

6. Make sure that your website code is clean.
Keep in mind when optimizing a web page crawlers are basically only looking at your source code. When programming your web pages, having W3C compliant code can make all the difference. Run your code through a W3C validator before promoting.

7. Build links to your website.
Backlinks is the key. Consider building a link exchange program or create one-way links to your site using articles or forum posts. All major search engines value the importance of your website based on how many others websites are linking to it.

8. Check that all images include ALT text.
Your image's alt text is spidered by search engines. If you're not including your keywords in alt text, you're missing out on a huge opportunity for improved search engine result placements. Label all of your images properly.

9. Use Flash content sparingly.
Content generated through java script or flash is a big no-no. Some webmasters like to use flash because of the presentation. If you must, use it sparingly, but only after your site has been properly optimized with basic search engine optimization in mind.

10. Learn the basics.
Learning to optimize your website for search engines takes time and patience. Start by applying basic search engine optimization principles. If you're new to website optimization, or even a well seasoned veteran, begin by prioritizing which pages are most important to you and go from there. Soon you'll find yourself moving up the rankings.

Health Info : Facial Paralysis

Do you know the meaning of "Facial Paralysis"? or have you ever heard about this words 'facial paralysis'? Maybe you haven't. That is because there aren't so many information about this disease. I just found this great site www.facialparalysisinstitute.com that give me a lot of information about facial paralysis.

Facial Paralysis is a condition where a person feels there is something that prevents them to move their face muscles thus limited the movement of their face like having difficulty in speaking such as difficult to spell some words. The number one cause of facial paralysis in the U.S is Bell’s Palsy, and the other causes are trauma, tumours, infection, salivary gland inflammation, congenital cause like Moebius syndrome and so forth. Recent research have shown that Bell’s palsy occurs when a virus (herpes simplex virus, HSV) gets reactivated in the bone behind the ear (temporal bone.) When the nerve gets reactivated and swollen, it ends up causing the nerve to essentially “shut down”.

The surgical treatment of facial paralysis is extremely challenging. Many factors will influence the management of patients with paralysis. Surgical treatment must be tailored to each patient. Every patient will have different concerns and issues. Treatment is based on the following: Etiology of paralysis, Degree of paralysis, Duration of paralysis and the patient’s age. The most important treatment objective for individuals with facial paralysis is prevention of unwanted eye complications, restoration and reconstruction of facial movement, restoration of a dynamic smile, and improvement of facial aesthetics and symmetry.

Visit the site www.facialparalysisinstitute.com for more information including all info about Cause and Treatment of Facial Paralysis, Bell's Palsy, Facelift Surgery, Post Operative Care, and Case Studies.
